1What are the shipping costs?

Shipment cost for the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium are only € 6,95. If you order over € 35,00 the shipment is free of charge.

Worldwide shipping cost are € 12,00 and with a order over € 60,00 free of charge.

2Where do you ship to?

Original Barbam ships worldwide.

3Will I get a Track & Trace?

After ordering and finishing payment we will start your order right away. As soon as we start shipment you will receive a track & trace in your email.

4When will my order be shipped?

we strive to ship your order within 48 hours.
Most of the times we even deliver earlier depending on shipping address.

5How often should I use the products?

A beard oil ensures that your beard looks healthy and shiny, smells nice and feels less stiff and your skin under the beard is cared for and it helps against itching (yes, a beard can be very itchy).

We recommend to use the oil on a daily bases and when your beard gets longer style it with our beard balm.

To keep your beard healthy and clean you wash your beard daily with water and we advice to use our blackrock soap twice a week. When your beard is very dirty because of work or other activities you can use the soap more often.

6Can I get a customised Set?

We have a wide arrangement of sets already available and often have custom gift sets available. But when these options are still doesn't meet your wishes you can always contact us, so we can see what we can do for you.

8Changing order after payment, is that possible?

This is an option. Contact us as soon as possible though email or WhatsApp here on the page and as long as your order has not been shipped.
